I'm overwhelmed with a sense of helplessness that comes along when you knew you put in effort into studying for a test and still end up screwing it. Not enough effort? Study methods ineffective? I have no idea. Somehow I always have this problem with humanities subjects, you either see the light or you don't. Maybe I just don't have the flair. Its not like bio or chem or math when you memorise facts or practice equations and rely on logical thinking to get the correct answers. When I finish a math or chem paper i could roughly tell how well I will fare, usually no more then +- 10% from what I predicted, but i find it impossible to predict my grade for econs (or any other humans subjects for that matter) because you might think your way or answering is correct but sometimes the answer is just wrong and you fail like some crap.Haven't got back essay results yet, but im not getting my hopes up. The disappointment is unbearable.
